DORMFUL OF LOLIS! SURROUNDED BY LOLIS! IN THEIR PJS, EVEN! WHY DIDN'T I KNOW ABOUT THIS BEFORE I CHECKED OUT???

Well, time to move to my new flat. I should be more happy and/or excited, but what is this twinge of regret?...

School breaks are awesome.

Just posting an update, nothing much (and to make the loliphiles in my friendslist green with envy. All two of you.)

(And no pics. Don't wanna get arrested. And deported. I'm loving this country too much for that.)

FMA episode 37 screencap
While cleaning out my yahoo email account (been online recently hunting flats and jobs), I found this old, obviously auto-generated spam message.

What makes it different is, well...
This is the most awesome spam I've ever read... like an attempt of a stream-of-consciousness post from an emerging self-aware machine )

Googling "Freedom Is A Concentric Prison" leads me nowhere. Interesting...

[First Look]「DRIFTERS」

FMA episode 37 screencap
The new ongoing manga series by Kouta Hirano is out. Apparently, it's been out for while now, with three chapters out already, so I'm rather taken aback that this isn't generating more online buzz than it should.

Titled Drifters, the story follows yet another RPG-esque party of adventurers during the Warring States era of Japan, the period covered in almost every other samurai/ninja/feudal Japan story ever written.

Since it's too early to tell, I think I'll hold off making any more comments until the first volume compilation is out, which won't be long now.

But I won't deny this: if this is the one with the giant robots (like Hirano oh-so-not-subtly implied back when Hellsing was ending), I'm sold. I'm shallow like that.

Bonus pic.

Thanks to AICN for the heads up. Giving credit where credit is due.
