21 Days to Go, and Other Random Snippets

I never realized I have so much junk collected for more than half my life, until I have to clean them all up.

OTL

Dad ran over a humongous rat last night while parking the double cab in the garage. How huge? According to my dad, bigger than my sister's mixed-breed Dachshunds puppy.

It didn't even try to run away.

Just when there's less than a month left for me here, the job offers start pouring in. Well, nuts.

So... Dragonborn in WoW RPG D&D 4th ed.

Not as interesting as I thought it'd be.

Now Laser Clerics, on the other hand...

Currently watching Tower of Druaga and Macross Frontier. Fun shows.

I don't know if I still get to watch these next month.

On that note, I haven't grinded played most of the MMOs I had accounts in these days except one. Busy with lots of things. But I will try to get back soon.

It's all moot if I can't.

On another note, Tōhō Hisōten ~Scarlet Weather Rhapsody~ is out.

I'm in love with Chiquita Dragonforce. *sigh*

In the end, the manuscript was a disaster. Frustrating.

I wonder how she's doing?

Well, I'm out. My nephew wants to use the PC.

Writing a children's book turns out to be much harder than I thought.

One week before I have to turn in the manuscript. OHSHI-

This is going have a very, very tragic end.

http://www.nasa.gov/mission_pages/LRO/main/index.html

NASA is opening the door to anyone wanting to go to the moon as part of their next lunar mission?all without requiring years of tests, training, or smoking astroturf. Sadly, only your name will go, which is actually good because the Lunar Reconnaissance Orbiter?set to select landing and outpost sites for the Constellation program?is not returning. Ever. Just submit your name to the mission site, and it will be added to a chip that will orbit for eternity around the biggest cheese in the Universe, and you will get a certificate from NASA.

Participants can submit their information at http://lro.jhuapl.edu/NameToMoon/, print a certificate and have their name entered into a database. The database will be placed on a microchip that will be integrated onto the spacecraft. The deadline for submitting names is June 27, 2008.

Siggy's short stint is short. But whatever, can't fault him for trying.

I really need to spruce up the place though. Not that it'll matter in the end since I'll be leaving in a couple of months.

Jun Himonya
I want to introduce a famous person who is the talk now. His name is Jun Himonya. He is a very unique professor of Tokyo Tokai University ,and resarchs about linguistics. Paticularly, he focuses on "How to make people angly" and known as a very few person who reserches about "anger". He said "Language is not the only means of communication" in the Minesota congress of linguistcs. He has released two DVDs.They are very funny.I want you to watch them very much!

...Basically, his job is to study trolling as a SCIENCE.

No wonder the internet loves him so.

*facepalm*

And I feel I should apologize.

However, I have a good reason for that:

There's been quite an interesting new trend in Holywood recently. After adapting Asian movies, now they've turned to anime. So far, the following are in production or already being produced:

- Akira
- Astro Boy
- Battle Angel
- Dragon Ball
- A currently unnamed Evangelion project
- Gatchaman (aka. Battle of the Planets/G-Force/Eagle Riders)
- Speed Racer
- Robotech
(Incidentally, there was a live-action Gundam movie, but I'm sure every Gundam fan would rather believe G-Savior never existed, and besides, it's not the Holywood treatment anyway.)

Granted, the idea of making a Holywood adaption of a popular show has been around for a while now, but it's only now that they're becoming reality. Note that I'm talking Holywood, not just a live-action version.

Very interesting, indeed.

Now, what else did I miss?

Edited to add:

- Ghost In The Shell

Let's Describe Our World!

Oh, this is rich.

This is a potential gold mine for unlimited cheap laughs. For instance, certain entries for some places in Cebu alone...
